the breakfast was not good. there were few options included. tofu was available, but no eggs or cold cuts were included. the staff and hotel are actually great, so it is a shame about the breakfast.

My room had wonderful amenities. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, VERY convenient for getting ready. I also appreciated the complimentary minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. It added a special touch to my visit.
The tram noise was a little loud. I could hear it from my room.

The staff assisted immediately with calling a cab. The reception team was present and always helpful with anything needed. I received a warm welcome. It was like I was REALLY cared for.

The rooftop pool provided the perfect way to cool down after a hot day. The gym included multiple machines for workouts. Secure parking was available. I felt confident about my vehicle's safety .

The hotel is near the edge of Chinatown, providing an interesting cultural experience. Many dining options are located within walking distance from the hotel. Transit options were also close. This offered easy access to other parts of the city.
